Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the customer upon delivery. Loudpack Jax is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or regulatory enforcement.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Opened or used products may not be eligible for return.
